Terms of Use

SkyRay is a client application. It does not provide servers, internet access or any subscription. You connect only to servers whose configuration you add yourself.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app in compliance with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of the server operators you connect to.
• Only add configurations from providers you trust; the app cannot verify who operates a server.
• Keep backups you export private – they contain server credentials.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. ALLION LLC is not responsible for the availability, speed, security or conduct of third-party servers, nor for any loss arising from use of the app.

Open-source components

SkyRay includes Xray-core and libXray (Mozilla Public License 2.0), sing-box (GPL-3.0), hev-socks5-tunnel (MIT), geo data from Iran-v2ray-rules, and the Archivo and IBM Plex Mono fonts (SIL Open Font License). Their licenses apply to those components.
